Delivery Policy
We currently deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Most orders are shipped via Australia Post. Occasionally, we may use alternative carriers such as Aramex, CouriersPlease or other freight providers when appropriate.
Order Processing
- Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
- We endeavour to dispatch orders promptly and most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Important Information
- Starfish Store is not responsible for parcels returned to a courier depot, post office or back to Starfish due to non-collection. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be resent.
- If an incorrect shipping address has been provided and the parcel is returned to Starfish, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods or factors outside our control.
- Large, bulky or special-order items may incur additional freight charges. Where applicable, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
