These mini sized stress balls are pliable, soft and very satisfying to stretch and squeeze. Smaller than your usual stress balls, they fit easily in the palm of your hand and are a good size for little hands too. Not only that, the little ears can be played with for extra calming tactile input.
Stress Balls can help provide both tactile and proprioceptive input for those that need it. The action of squeezing can help with self regulation, calming and focus, and can be an effective way to release energy and reduce stress.
We love how versatile the Poppa Penguin Stress Ball is. Although a toy, they will handle a reasonable amount of pushing and pulling. It is not suited to those who are very heavy handed or who bite or chew on items.
