The Pinch Peg - Heavy/Blue is a heavy pinch clip for improving hand strength, dexterity and fine motor strength. It would be a great addition to any occupational therapists resource kit.
Simply place your fingers on the pinch clip and squeeze. The Pinch Peg requires a fair amount of difficulty (heavy).
These gems can be used in loads of different exercises for rehabilitation and/or development. Help improve your fine motor skills, fine motor strength, pinch strength and coordination with these fantastic pinch clips.
They range from extra light (easier to pinch) to extra heavy (harder to pinch). The lightest grade is yellow, and the heaviest grade is black. They are the exact same grades as our Theraputty. If you are unsure about what grade, we suggest getting in contact with an occupational therapist.
The Pinch Peg - Heavy/Blue comes with easy grip grooves at the tip of the peg, so you can comfortably place your thumb and fingers in the provided grooves. They are very sturdy and come with a magnetic back end, perfect for teachers when using the classroom white board.
Colour code is as follows: yellow - extra light, red - light, green - medium, blue - heavy, black - extra strong.
