The Komuso Shift Ball Chain Necklace in Matt Slate is inspired by Komuso Monks who used a similar tool to help them meditate. It is the first of its kind. It is jewellery with a purpose. Find your inner calm, slow down, and control your breathing.
To use your shift: Inhale deeply through your nose to fill your belly with air. Pause and gently exhale through the Shift for 8 to 10 seconds to release all the air in your belly. Note, to exhale rather than blow. Relax your jaw and your shoulders as you exhale. Repeat at least 5 times.
Note: the Shift is not a whistle as such. It is quiet and effective. It looks great as a piece of jewellery and is non gender-specific.
