The Komuso Shift Necklace is a truly ground breaking piece of jewellery with a special twist. Slow down, control your breathing and find your inner calm - all through Komuso. This breathing tool is inspired by Komuso Monks who used a similar tools to help them meditate.
Inhale deeply through your nose to fill your belly with air. Pause and gently exhale through the small tube, which regulates your exhale to 8 - 10 seconds. Relax your jaw and your shoulders as you exhale and be sure the motion is natural, rather than blowing. We recommend repeating this 5 times, or until when you feel the calming benefits.
The Shift tube is quiet, discreet and effective. Its stylish and modern design looks great as a piece of jewellery and is non gender-specific, suitable for anyone who needs it.
